The 2024 conference will be both in-person and available for digital replay. All in-person attendees will also receive access to the recorded presentations without an additional fee.

Registration Instructions:

  • Prior to registering, if you are not sure your membership is up to date, you can contact kellyr@njagc.org to confirm. You must be paid in full to receive the member price. You will need to use the email that is on your membership account in order for the member discount to appear.
  • We would appreciate if you register early and give the invoice to your school district office immediately after we send it to you. This will give the office ample time to process the purchase order, get approval, and pay by the due date. 
  • To receive the early bird discount for registration, you must register by 12/31/2023. There will not be any exceptions. Please note that if you do not check the box and hit submit, the registration does not go through and your spot is not reserved. 
  • When registering you have two options for payment. 
    • Check the Pay box if using credit card and add necessary information.
    • Check the invoice box if using a Purchase Order.
  • All purchase orders need to be emailed to kellyr@njagc.org. If the original PO hardcopy needs to be signed, please email a copy to kellyr@njagc.org for our documentation and mail the PO to:

  • Last day for PO purchase will be March 5, 2024.  Payment is due to NJAGC prior to the conference by April 10, 2024. If your school district has any question regarding our payment policy, they need to contact Rose Kelly, Business Manager at  kellyr@njagc.org to discuss payment  arrangements. 
  • Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued for non-attendance at the event. Purchase orders must be honored for non-attendance. A full refund, less a $20 processing fee, must be requested in writing and emailed or postmarked by April 1, 2024. No refund will be issued after April 1, 2024. The policy at MCCC is that if the college is open, the event will take place. Unless there is a state of emergency or other declaration, the Conference will proceed as planned. 
  • Photo Release: Registration grants permission to NJAGC and the presenters at the conference to publish photos and/or video of attendees in NJAGC publicity and announcements on www.njagc.org  and our publications and for the professional use of the presenters.
